Frances Prizzia first began her pursuit of the law at Santa Clara University School of Law. During this time, she served as a certified law clerk at the Public Defender’s Office in Santa Cruz. She graduated in 2005 with a Juris Doctor, and quickly realized she had a passion for helping the criminally accused. Her first job out of law school was working as a public defender in Orange County.

Twelve years ago, she founded The Law Office of Frances Prizzia, and has been honored to receive several awards during the decade-plus she has spent defending the people of Southern California. In addition to being recognized by The National Trial Lawyers, she has a perfect 10.0 “Superb” Avvo rating, and has received the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award (2016).
